Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for an Instructional Design Associate to be based out of Harvey, Il requiring up to 25% domestic travel. Reporting to the Operations Training Program Manager, this person will be responsible for developing hourly training and qualification materials in alignment with Atkore's Frontline Worker Qualification Program. This person will support more experienced Instructional Design personnel to create and maintain instructional content, photographs, and technical illustrations, to effectively communicate complex and technical information. What you'll do: The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years' experience as a Technical Writer or Technical Trainer with experience developing technical documentation used to train hourly production employees. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $54,720 - $75,240. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives. Benefits available include:
