Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM | $20 per hour

Requirements



  • 1+ years of experience in dispatching
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, using the internet, and web-based and job-specific software applications
  • Able to prepare basic reports, queries, and operational information
  • Excellent communication skills



Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities



  • Coordinate with airlines, shipping, trucks, and other related carriers to understand requirements, track shipments, and other details.
  • Clear freight with brokers, scan documents, and work with commercial invoices.
  • Manage various documents with extreme accuracy.
  • Update data in software systems and other applications.
  • Track orders and shipments,
  • Create and process invoices.
  • Assist with running operational reports to present information to others.
