Compensation: So Others Might Eat (SOME) is currently seeking a full-time Data Entry & Gift Processing Coordinator to assist with donation processing and data entry processes within out donor database. Position Overview: The Data Entry & Gifts Processing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Donor Database and Contributions Manager, ensuring the efficient processing of gifts, pledges, and related transactions. This position is responsible for key administrative tasks, including researching gift information, accurately entering donations, and verifying batch records to maintain data integrity and efficiency. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; (40 hours/week) Required: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent additional professional experience); 1-3 years experience working with a donor database or other CRM system in a nonprofit environment, including experience with data analytic tools and queries; Preferred: Prior experience with EveryAction database software Expected Contributions:

Reports to: Donor Database & Contributions Manager Closing Date: Open Until Filled Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. May be required to sit or stand for long periods.
