Your Team

We are looking for an experienced Logistics & RMA Specialist, Americas to join our RMA Team (Global Appliances Operations group). This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for the Supply Chain world, who enjoys working with large databases, creating forecasts, and conducting complex inventory analysis.

In this position, you will use your expertise in operational processes and take a hands-on role in monitoring stock levels, manage 3PL vendors, and oversee shipments to ensure seamless RMA operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onsite: Redwood City, CA / Irving, Tx / Waltham, MA
  • 3PL vendors daily management
  • Provide hands on support for RMA activity in Americas time zone
  • Daily monitoring of inbound/outbound units from global RMA hubs.
  • Managing inventory control at RMA global hubs.
  • Slow inventory management
  • Updating data in ERP systems as required.
  • Handling purchase requests and invoice payments for logistics vendors.
  • Leading complex projects focused on process optimization, improving customer service, and enhancing data accuracy.

Qualifications

Your Knowledge & Skills



  • BA/BSc in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Planner, Project Manager in Supply Chain, or RMA Specialist in a global organization.
  • Proven experience in managing services for customers, including SLA adherence, response time management, and conducting event analyses followed by corrective actions.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent service-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Languages: Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English as a mother tongue.
  • Soft Skills: Team player with strong communication skills, self-motivation, fast learning ability, and a high sense of responsibility.

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $40,000 - $50,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. Benefits/perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Check Point Software Technologies and the country/state where you work.
