Systems Analyst SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a Systems Analyst that will provide assistance with support established project technology planning process that enables our construction teams to deliver incredible projects. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborating with Mortenson construction project team leaders in a variety of roles.
- Partner with senior ITS team member as your mentor to augment your skills, knowledge, and guide you through tasks assigned
- Effectively work and build relationships with project team members on construction projects
- Occasionally travel to Mortenson project sites to create strong partner relationships that support our technology planning efforts
- Work with software application vendors as needed to understand capabilities and or best practices to support our teams
- Create and maintain technical planning documentation following established standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Willingness, desire, and curiosity to learn IT while broadening technical, functional, and analytical skills
- Positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills
- Active listening and effective communication skills including an openness to direction and feedback
- Technical mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Construction Management or Engineering field, or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience in IT or Constructions preferred

The base pay range for this role is $75,500 - $113,300. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. #LI-JF1 #LI-Hybrid Please make note:
