V2X is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to act as the Talent Acquisition Recruiter to partner with customers to ensure full life cycle recruitment support across the designated line of business. You will have responsibility for the development and execution of recruitment strategies that support business initiatives and will partner with leaders to coach and mentor recruiters on talent acquisition processes, HR policies, and state and federal laws including OFCCP compliance.

Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Perform full life cycle recruiting of professional positions and provide support for other functional areas as needed
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source, attract, and engage aerospace professionals through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Program Collaboration: Responsible for partnering with organizational business leaders and Human Resource partners to assess talent requirements, create staffing strategies, source, extend offers, and develop comprehensive strategies to attract diverse talent
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about trends in the aerospace industry, emerging technologies, and competitor hiring strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Candidate Experience & Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing guidance, interview preparation, and career insights.
- Database & ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Drive the offer process - including negotiating salaries, extending offers, and closing candidates
- Use sourcing resources and techniques to identify diverse candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.
- Demonstrate positive change agent behaviors and influence managers and business partners in a matrix environment
- Attend and support local and national hiring, career events, and related conferences
Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
- 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition experience in Aerospace and Defense roles, to include any combination of full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, agency recruiting, and coordinating.
- Education/Experience equivalence: High School Diploma Required
- Experience developing and implementing talent strategies and methodologies to hire critical talent
- Experience with proactive sourcing to build and manage diverse talent pipelines for various skill sets across the organization
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment
- Experience Navigating UKG - Desired
