Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years of previous HR support experience. Strong communication skills. The ability to work with confidential information. Knowledgeable in Word and Excel. HR Coordinator Responsibilities: Provide administrative support by opening and tracking purchase orders. Audit personnel files for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with employees regarding workers' compensation claims. Complete employee onboarding tasks with IT and hiring managers. Place employee engagement activities and promote events. Serve as a backup for HR functions to ensure continuity during a team member's absence.
