Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of previous HR support experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work with confidential information.
  • Knowledgeable in Word and Excel.



HR Coordinator Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support by opening and tracking purchase orders.
  • Audit personnel files for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding workers' compensation claims.
  • Complete employee onboarding tasks with IT and hiring managers.
  • Place employee engagement activities and promote events.
  • Serve as a backup for HR functions to ensure continuity during a team member's absence.



Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $20 - $25 per hour
