Job DescriptionVeolia Water Technologies & Solutions (VWTS) is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager- Employee Relations based in Minnetonka, Minnesotain a hybrid capacity (1-2 days per week remote).This high-impact HR professional will partner with our supply chain to support the success of our people. ThisHR Manager position is a heavy-employee relations position, if you have a passion for ER, we want to hear from you! This position willdrive engagement within a non-union 400-employee manufacturing site. They influence leaders and understand both broad business, manufacturing and service-specific challenges to enable a salary and an hourly workforce to meet business objectives. They act as a subject matter expert providing guidance and direct support for functional areas such as employee relations, consultation/conflict resolution, policy interpretation and application, management consultation, talent acquisition, succession planning, workforce data analysis, and performance appraisal training. This dynamic role requires a high degree of emotional intelligence, critical thinking and decision-making skills to work with all levels of management and hourly staff to help create a safe, healthy, vibrant work environment. Key Responsibilities: Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $120,000annually. (For bonus eligible positions) This role also includes a (AIP) ensure that HR workflows support this model while leveraging the expertise of HR COEs (Compensation, Payroll & benefits, Talent Acquisition, HRIS and Mobility).
