Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Cal State San Bernardino, is recruiting an Executive Director of University Enterprises to join their team on-site in San Bernardino, California. This is a unique opportunity to lead key campus enterprises, drive financial and operational strategy, and directly impact student success in a mission driven environment. About Cal State San Bernardino and University Enterprises Corporation (UEC): California State University, San Bernardino is a preeminent center of intellectual and cultural activity in Inland Southern California. Opened in 1965 and set at the foothills of the beautiful San Bernardino Mountains, the university serves more than 20,000 students each year and graduates about 4,000 students annually. As a key auxiliary organization, University Enterprises Corporation (UEC) at CSUSB supports the university's educational mission by providing business and operational services that complement the instructional program. UEC is responsible for campus enterprises, including dining services, bookstore operations, convenience stores, vending services, and the CoyoteOne card program. Additionally, UEC serves as the grantee for federal, state, and local research funding and sponsored projects, ensuring critical financial and administrative support for university initiatives. About the role: The Executive Director of University Enterprises Corporation (UEC) at CSUSB is responsible for strategic leadership, financial oversight, and operational management of UEC's auxiliary services. This role ensures the efficient development and operation of key university enterprises, including dining services, bookstore operations, the CoyoteOne card program, and sponsored program administration. The Executive Director will oversee contract compliance, financial planning, and risk management, ensuring that all UEC units remain self-sustaining and aligned with the university's mission. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with university leadership, developing business plans, and identifying new revenue-generating opportunities to support the university's goals. What you will be doing: Overseeing UEC Operations - Manage the development, operations, and facilities of UEC, ensuring efficient and sustainable business practices across dining services, bookstore operations, and grant-funded programs.
