St. Ann's Community is seeking an Assisted Living Administrator for the Cherry Ridge Independent living facility located on the beautiful Webster Campus. The primary focus of this position is the overall supervision of resident care, quality of life offered and the daily structure of those residents residing in the Assisted Living facility The Glen and Rainier Grove; as well as the management of resident care meets the requirements as specified by the DOH.

Job Description:



  • Develops and maintains an annual budget for all entities and responsible fiscal management
  • Ensure staff of The Glen/Rainier Grove provide quality personal care services, ensuring quality of life and the highest level of function
  • Develops an operational structure that ensures compliance with NYS DOH Adult Home Standards and all local code requirements
  • Responsible for communication of all pertinent issues and gathering input from all levels of personnel
  • Develops facility policies and procedures that ensure the safety and security of each resident served
  • Promotes and advocates commitment to the needs of older, mentally and physically disabled adults, including maintaining community relations
  • Implements measures to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Hold regular meeting with staff, families and residents to ensure transparent and cohesive environment
  • Evaluates staff performance, the quality of resident care and general program effectiveness


Candidate Requirements:



  • RN recommended but not required
  • Must have a BA, BS or MS Degree with major work in HR or service delivery
  • At least 5 years of management experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the provision of services within an Assisted Living Setting
