Position Summary:

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist (CSMP) supports the Regulatory Manager as part of the Quality Assurance Dept by maintaining the control product compliance aspect such as Suspicions Order Monitoring System for controlled products (SOMs); Import/Export of Control Product; C2 Form/CSOS Completion; Maintaining missing control product notifications/forms; Product Verification; Customer Medi Audits; etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting/Maintaining due-diligence and reviewing SOM system.
  • Creating/Maintaining Import/Export documents
  • Creating/Maintaining 222 forms and CSOS records; creating c2 sales/ purchase orders
  • Creating/Maintaining missing control product notifications/forms
  • Product Verification

Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

  • Typically, minimum 0-2 years ofrelevant experience. May havedegree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of business
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and via documentation
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic/Dependability
  • Professional in behavior and appearance
  • Be able to work independently or with a cross team effort
  • Analytical mind
  • Computer knowledge, fluent in Microsoft Office but able to learn other programs easily

Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) -

  • Traditional office environment.
  • Warehouse

Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) -

  • Large percent of time performing computer based work is required.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $22.23 - $37.05
