Job Overview
The Strategy and Transformation Portfolio Senior Manager will serve as key member in the Strategy and Transformation Management Office (STMO) to enable the organization to shape and execute Komatsu North America's Strategies. This role will be a central orchestrator across senior leadership members to ensure the organization's work is strategically aligned to Komatsu's overall vision, support accountability towards established targets, and develop comprehensive plans to achieve key priorities. Alignment to Organizational Strategy Support senior leadership in developing planning and executing long term strategic plans that align to Komatsu Limited and Komatsu North Americas Strategies and Outcomes Stakeholder Engagement Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including executives senior leadership team leads and employees Program Portfolio Resource Management and Reporting Support senior leadership in crafting their annual budgets assisting in prioritizing work and driving discussions around tradeoffs when crafting budget requests Change Management Drive effective change management and communication efforts to ensure the success and adoption of Programs Continuous Improvement Promote a culture of continuous improvement encouraging feedback learning and adaptation based on insights from transformation efforts Identify lessons learned and best practices to enhance future initiatives Qualifications/Requirements
