Spiro is hiring a Director, Marketing Growth & Performance to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Director works in partnership with the marketing team, delivering best-in-class service. They will be responsible for all marketing support initiatives to drive growth for our middle east region as well as supporting our global marketing function with various growth and performance objectives.

Responsibilities



  • Research, formulate and execute integrated marketing communications plan encompassing all regional marketing channels to meet the business objectives for the middle east region
  • Utilize marketing tactics to increase the quantity and quality of new business leads, working closely with the sales team to optimize conversion rates at each stage of the buyer journey.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and colleagues across all departments of the organization in order to source necessary resources, as well as gain input from relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Develop marketing collateral including video content, case studies, blog posts, articles, email marketing context and client communications as directed.
  • Manage multiple projects and allocate, organize and plan resources to meet agreed delivery dates. This includes working with cross functional teams to launch development of marketing collateral and other sales enablement tools.
  • Effectively manage and collaborate with agencies, internal departments, and external vendors to develop marketing collateral, optimize results and return on investment.
  • Ensure all marketing tactics are executed in alignment with the overall brand guidelines and global marketing strategy.
  • Support various marketing initiatives for the global teams aligned with targeted campaign and growth objectives.

  • 5 years of experience in a marketing role. Experience with marketing strategy, performance, and ownership of full marketing programs preferred
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours to collaborate with our Dubai team approximately 3 days per week, remaining time align with US business hours
  • Preferred experience in an event/experiential agency setting
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and alignment skills
  • Strong English writing and speaking required
  • Arabic speaking & writing a plus but not required
  • May need to travel internationally 1-2 times per year

  • By 30 days incumbent should understand team dynamics and perform basic job functions independently
  • By 60 days incumbent should be self-reliant on basic job functions and begin executing more complex tasks
  • By 90 days, incumbent should have ownership over all regional marketing initiatives.
