Overview:

As a senior Cybersecurity Engineer at ISPA Technology, you will lead our security initiatives, designing and implementing strategies that safeguard our digital frontier. This role is critical to maintaining our position as an industry leader in cyber defense.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of advanced cybersecurity measures to protect critical digital assets.
Risk Mitigation: Oversee vulnerability assessments and develop strategic, actionable remediation plans.
Team Guidance: Mentor junior cybersecurity engineers and serve as a key resource during incident response scenarios.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity engineering.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, advanced risk assessment, and regulatory compliance (e.g., DoD 8570.1M guidelines).
