Job Summary and Responsibilities
Acentra Health is looking for a Manager of Quality to join our growing team. Job Summary: Who we need: The EAP Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality and performance improvement metrics, activities and outcomes. Oversees and participates in the day-to-day operations and the development and monitoring of quality activities. What you'll do:
- Participates in preparing and submitting quarterly and annual quality reports and/or deliverables to clients.
- Responsible for maintaining the EAP's Quality Management Plan and Program Description. Leads and facilitates all Quality and Performance Improvement (QPI) activities.
- Ensures the implementation of key performance indicators and maintains systems for tracking, reporting, and improving performance.
- Assists operational leadership in developing benchmarks for quality measures and outcomes over time and across programs.
- Facilitates electronic access for staff to current and archived policies, procedures, job aids, letters, reports, committee agendas and minutes. Responsible for ensuring all are updated as changes occur or at least annually.
- Leads member satisfaction initiatives, including identifying tools and distribution methods. Reviews member satisfaction surveys and provides comparison to performance indicators. Oversees client satisfaction and other surveys related to satisfaction and outcomes.
- Leads the Local Quality Improvement Committee (LQIC) and participates in corporate quality committees (as requested).
- Conducts audits, quality of care reviews, investigates, and assists in resolution of service issues, grievances or complaints.
- Conducts audits and reviews manager's audit results to confirm compliance with URAC and/or other contractual or regulatory documentation requirements.
- Monitor and report on specified quality indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement. Identifies areas of potential risk associated with the findings.
- Develop and maintain Quality Improvement Processes (QIPs) in alignment with company requirements.
- Documents quality metrics in corporate databases identifies positive and negative trends; shares findings with department leadership.
- Reviews, evaluates and reports adverse incidents to corporate compliance (i.e. data/ HIPAA breaches, etc.) which may have immediate negative implications for the Company and assists with the formulation of a plan of action for handling the incident/issue.
- Executes CQI plans to ensure they meet current and future business requirements (e.g., best practices, quality, work efficiencies, regulatory requirements, & new program introductions).
- Focus on clinical outcomes, supporting operations with the following:
- Work with leadership, operations and analytics to identify program value components.
- Converting outcomes metrics into meaningful client reporting
- Analyzing operational data to include comparing against benchmarks and, in conjunction with leaders, recommending program/policy changes based on trends.
- Support RFP and Proposal processes for clients from a quality perspective, as needed.
- Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a mental health or healthcare related field.
- Quality management experience in a health-related field is required.
- Solutioning, recommending appropriate improvements and problem solving of various types of EAP issues is required.
- Minimum of 3 years behavioral health, healthcare or EAP experience is required.
Knowledge of performance improvement strategies, principles, methodologies, techniques, and data analysis Ability to take initiative, provide leadership, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines and work in a team environment. Analytical skills must be highly developed with an ability to objectively evaluate data and perform statistical analysis. Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills required. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments. Proficient in MS Office applications and internet/web navigation
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health, healthcare or quality related field is preferred.
- Formal training or certification in quality and/or program measures or design is desired (CEAP, CPHQ, ISO, Six Sigma.)

Pay Range
USD $65,024.00 - USD $101,600.00 /Yr.
