Overview

Responsibilities

    Serves organizational partners in recruiting initiatives.
  1. Extends job offers to candidates by calculating base rate compensation, partnering with HRIS Manager and/or HR Director on counter offers and/or negotiations when needed.
  2. Communicates timely with assigned business partners on job position details and potential candidate updates.
  3. Responsible for developing community partnerships, recruitment campaigns, attending job fairs, support college relations programs, and other general networking to acquire a strong candidate pipeline, connecting with these contacts regularly.
  4. Trains new managers on the expectations for the recruiting and onboarding process including how to operate the applicant tracking system and guidelines to follow for the interview process.
  5. Willingly takes on additional duties and/or assignments, assisting with projects and responding to requests as assigned or as necessary.


Qualifications

COMMUNICATION: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language as well as terminology and jargon specific to the job.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to gain access to the work area and then safely perform the duties of the job. Vision and hearing within normal limits (with or without correction). Must have unrestricted lift/push/pull ability and pass a 25 - pound physical exam demonstrating strength and agility at Tabitha's discretion.

AGE REQUIREMENT: At least age 18.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in Human Resources function preferred. Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.

LICENSURE: Valid Nebraska Driver's license (unless otherwise allowed by law) and a good driving record required. Must possess auto insurance at or above Nebraska statutory requirements.

CREDENTIALS: Must meet Tabitha's vaccination requirements.
