Shift Schedule:

• Day shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Afternoon shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Shifts rotate every other week, and overtime may be available depending on production needs.

Pay: $23.00 - $34.50 per hour

As a Steel Fabrication Technician, you will communicate with the weld shop supervisor to prioritize tasks, organize and transport materials and parts between departments, and operate various equipment such as press brakes, shears, torches, hydraulic saws, MIG welders, forklifts, and overhead cranes. You'll assist with welding prep, small fabrication projects, and ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. You will also ensure all documentation is accurate and assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Additional responsibilities include supporting other areas of production as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or 2-year technical degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Valid driver's license and 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Proficient with measuring tools (tape measures, calipers).
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems is a plus.
