Title: LIMS Implementation Specialist (Labware)
Location: Bethlehem, PA Salary/Duration: 45.00 per hour 6 months plus contract Performs and coordinates the completion of environmental monitoring and documentation, collection of environment monitoring samples, sterility tests, aseptic technique qualifications and medical fill process validations. Responsible for verifying, filing, compilation and documentation of test report, relevant documentation of all test conducted and quality batch records. Submits samples to the appropriate labs for chemical assay and microbial tests. Provides immediate feedback to leadership on all quality related problems. Records results into monthly and quarterly reports. Supports audits as required. Support implementation of LIMS (LABWARE) for the Chemistry and Microbiology teams. Configuring LIMS settings, user access levels, and data structures to align with laboratory workflows. Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues. Ensuring accurate data entry and validation within the LIMS. Implementing data quality checks and reporting mechanisms. Integrating LIMS with other laboratory instruments and systems. Analyzing laboratory processes and designing efficient workflows within the LIMS. Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards for data analysis. Identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining laboratory operations. Providing training to laboratory staff on LIMS functionality and best practices. Troubleshooting user issues and resolving system-related problems. Act as the liaison between the laboratory teams and the global LIMS implementation team. Will have an active role in the preparation of standard operating procedures.
