The Marketing Production Designer is responsible for the final execution, adaptation, and technical production of marketing materials by producing pixel-perfect digital and print assets, preparing files for production, managing templated asset workflows, and ensuring quality control across creative deliverables. Reporting to the Senior Creative Manager, the Marketing Production Designer will work within a structured production workflow to create refined, high-quality assets. While this role involves developing some original creative materials, all work must adhere to existing templates, visual guidelines, and approved campaign direction.

Responsibilities:
    • Format, refine, and finalize digital and print assets for advertising, retail, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
    • Adapt and resize existing creative materials for various formats while maintaining brand and asset consistency.
    • Work within pre-approved templates and brand standards (not responsible for branding or high-level conceptual design).
    • Pre-flight and proof files to ensure correct resolution, bleed, margins, and color settings for print and digital use.
    • Handle batch processing and asset exportation (resizing, converting, optimizing for different platforms).
    • Manage file preparation for vendor output, digital advertising specifications, and social media formats.
    • Maintain high accuracy and consistency in layout, typography, and file organization.
    • Manage and refine a structured library of templates and reusable assets to streamline creative execution.
    • Ensure all files adhere to brand style guides and meet production specifications.
    • Review copy formatting for alignment and visual clarity (not responsible for copywriting).
    • Troubleshoot technical file issues and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure production accuracy.
    • Assist in preparing final press-ready files and resolving any last-minute production issues.
Experience & Requirements:
    • 3+ years of experience in production design, graphic production, or layout execution.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a focus on production-heavy workflows.
    • Strong knowledge of print and digital production processes, including file formats, resolution requirements, and vendor specifications.
    • Meticulous attention to layout precision, alignment, and quality control.
    • Experience working with templated design systems and structured creative workflows.
    • Proven ability to handle high-volume, deadline-driven production work.
    • Excellent organization and file management skills for maintaining structured asset libraries.
    • Preferred but not required: Experience in sign kit production, retail display assets, or promotional marketing materials.
    • Preferred but not required: Familiarity with print pre-press processes and vendor collaboration.
    • Preferred but not required: Automation or batch-processing expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
    • Preferred but not required: Experience in a fast-paced marketing production environment.
    • Preferred but not required: Experience in the cannabis industry.
$62,000 - $70,000 a year
