What you'll be doing...
The HRBP-Manager will help shape and drive the HR Strategy and partner with our Finance practice specifically the GN&T, Treasury, and Tax teams on strategic priorities including talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change management. The high-performing, strategic HR partner will advise and coach business leaders at the SVP, VP, AVP/Sr. Director level on driving the organizational values and culture. Additional responsibilities include:
Understanding and applying talent trends and perspectives combined with business acumen and objectives to shape talent strategy and priorities for the business unit. Advise and pull through talent solutions to achieve strategic goals. Analyzing organizational effectiveness using data, interviews, and other 'sensing' channels to assess people and organizational capability and provide guidance for transformational changes or support business transformations. Identifying business insights and diagnosing possible challenges and solutions. Providing consultation on how the organizational design/structure aligns to enable strategy and objective. Facilitate organizational design and restructure. Partnering with CoE to shape the talent plan for the BU and architect fit-for-purpose talent solutions (including TA, TR, L&D) to achieve the goals. Partner with finance and business leaders on strategic workforce planning. Working with CoE and the business to pull through DEI programs and initiatives in the business unit. Partnering with CoE through the succession management process and monitoring the fulfillment of the succession planning. Deliver critical programs and processes such as performance reviews and talent reviews.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training in HR or a related field. Leadership counseling and coaching skills. Experience leading Finance talent management and development initiatives including strategic workforce planning with senior leaders. Proven expertise in influencing key stakeholders and senior leaders through relationships, expertise, and data. Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate highly matrixed environments. Executive presence and proven ability to establish and maintain rapport with people of diverse backgrounds and professional levels. Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of business operations. Insightful, forward thinker; change agent. Strong project management and change management skills. Proven oral, presentation, and written communication skills; including storytelling. Willingness to travel up approximately 25% of the time.
Even better if you have:
Master's degree. Experience in organizational design and development across multiple levels, as well as in change management to effectively respond and lead through those changes. Strong communication skills; with attention to detail. Experience with leading global teams in a highly matrixed environment. Experience in leading large-scale transformational projects.
