Summary: Successful applicants for this position will be experienced teachers committed to designing dynamic, student-centered classes that go beyond textbooks. We are seeking professionals interested in growing as educators by setting goals, collaborating with peers, observing classes, and receiving actionable feedback. During the program, in addition to their teaching responsibilities, teachers will be expected to attend faculty meetings should any arise, attend and supervise during lunch, and write end-of-session narrative comments for each student. A template for comment writing will be provided. The time teachers spend in/on any/all meetings/training sessions, class preparation, grading, comment writing, meeting with students, or communicating with the administrative team is included in the salary.
