Responsibilities

The Senior Brand and Creative Manager will lead the development and execution of the Members 1st brand identity and creative strategy. This role oversees a team of content writers, graphic designers and multimedia specialists and is responsible for maintaining a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels.
The Senior Brand & Creative Manager works closely with the Marketing team to guide projects from conception to completion, reviewing all creative work and ensuring business objectives are translated into clear creative strategies. This role is responsible for ensuring deadlines are met and coordinating with outside resources, as needed. In addition, this role is expected to assist with creative work, as needed, to support the broader Marketing team.
This role acts as a brand guardian by educating, communicating and presenting internally to build knowledge and consistency in branding across all levels of associates. Creativity, time management, critical thinking and sound decision making are important to this position as it will operate with a great deal of autonomy.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
* Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
* Ability to sit for extended time periods
* Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
* Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
* Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects


Qualifications

8-10 years of related experience; 5-8 years of leadership/management experience

Compensation Overview

We are excited to offer a competitive salary for this position. This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate.


The minimum salary for this position is:

$83,000+/yr
