TEKsystems is actively hiring for a customer service representative for a Medical Device company in Saint Paul! Start Date: April 21st Description Serve as primary POC for incoming calls from customers and service contacts - 10-30 calls per day, majority of communication is via email Answer questions from end-user customers on company product, technical issues, warranties,/orders, operation of device, etc. Accurately document all customer calls into internal CRM (Hubspot) system to monitor and close tickets Use high empathy, patience, and customer service skills while working with end-user customers on the phone Coordinate surgeries for customers by working with customers, device reps, and providers/hospitals Assist accounting team with administrative work and special projects as needed Skills Customer service, Customer support, Troubleshooting, Call center, Technical support, Help desk support, order entry Top Skills Details Customer service,Customer support,Troubleshooting,Call center,Technical support Additional Skills & Qualifications HS Diploma 3+ years of customer service experience within manufacturing/med device company OR BA degree Marketing, Communication, Business, etc. and 6+ months of experience working with customers via phone Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $28.84/hr.
