*Description*
Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and operationally excellent Director of Event Execution & Client Experience to ensure flawless delivery of our B2B and consumer events. This role is responsible for the meticulous execution of 200+ annual events (mix of B2B and consumer) and 2-3 high-profile consumer activations annually. You'll manage our teacher workforce and maintain exceptional quality standards across all event types. *Skills* Event planning, Event management, Program management, Event coordination *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Events Execution (200+ annually) - Execute 200+ experience events with meticulous attention to detail across key locations: - Create and maintain comprehensive event execution playbooks, checklists, and standard operating procedures - Coordinate with sales teams to understand sold packages and ensure all client expectations are met - Develop contingency plans for potential logistical challenges to ensure seamless event experiences - Oversee event logistics, venue relationships, and vendor management High-Profile Consumer Activations (2-3 annually) - Lead the execution of 2-3 marquee consumer activations that are completely unique from standard events - Collaborate with event agencies and vendors to produce large-scale, high-impact experiences - Ensure these signature events maintain brand integrity while delivering exceptional attendee experiences - Develop specific execution plans for each unique activation, recognizing their distinct requirements Teacher Operations Management - Manage the entire teacher workforce, ensuring proper staffing, scheduling, and performance - Develop efficient systems for teacher deployment across geographic locations - Implement training and quality assurance processes for teacher performance - Build retention strategies to maintain a high-quality, reliable teacher network - Create clear communication channels between teachers and operations team Client Experience & Quality Control - Implement comprehensive client feedback mechanisms and post-event surveys - Analyze feedback data to drive continuous improvement in event execution - Establish and monitor quality metrics for every event - Create client experience reports for leadership team review - Ensure consistent brand experience across all events Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales team to understand client needs and ensure operational feasibility - Collaborate with Creative Director to execute brand elements while maintain *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
