Job Summary
As the General Manager at Analog Devices, a premier high-volume center for excellence, you will manage the food service operations for over 2,000 guests at the company's global headquarters. The team oversees a diverse array of services, including the Cafe, Catering, Coffee Bar, Micro Market, Robust Grab and Go, Free Coffee Program, and Pantry Programs. Your role will involve maintaining the food service account in alignment with the approved budget, exceeding client expectations, and fostering strong relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments. Additionally, you will guide the professional growth of your team and integrate dining services with the overall facility operations. Key Responsibilities:
