Description *Part time benefited position The location of this position will be a combination of working at Brighten Medical Center, Portland and Maine Medical Center, Portland. Schedule: Switchboard at Brighton Medical Thursday 3 pm - 8 pm and Friday 8:00 am - noon and Maine Medical Center Saturday and Sunday from 7:30am - 4:00pm. A switchboard operator will be required to respond to an influx of telephone calls from both internal and external callers. The switchboard operator assists callers by answering the call in a timely and professional manner and connecting them to the correct person or department. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
