Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$15.64 - $18.75 / hour

Assists with duties of the respiratory care department for DME services. Works with referral sources via phone, fax, and all other sources to receive, review, and/or re-route physician orders for respiratory devices or services. Coordinates with patients to schedule for services including re-supply as required. Maintains control of scheduling and ordering systems. Assists with education of staff on systems used to ensure proper workflow for respiratory DME services. Maintains competencies of respiratory equipment used to ensure knowledge of services and equipment provided. Minor troubleshooting of equipment and/or other issues concerning patients.

Education:High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:None Required. Prior DME Customer Service experience preferred.

Certification:BLS (American Heart Association/Basic Life Support) required.

License:N/A

Other:Basic computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Office. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
