3D Artist/XR Designer, I/II/III

The Biggio Center for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning is seeking to hire a 3D Artist/XR Designer to assist with the day-to-day and specialized operations of a diverse and expansive unit. This position is essential to the smooth technological functions of the department and to advancing the Biggio Center's mission.

This is a limited-term position.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Broadcasting, Film or Television Production, Computer Graphics or related field.

Experience:
0-4 years of Experience providing creative, technical, or support services for various medias

Substitutions allowed for Experience:
When a candidate has the required education but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement at a rate of one (1) year of relevant education per year of required experience.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly skilled in the management, organization and prioritizing of tasks. Ability to learn new software and computer programs. Professionalism in critical situations.

General office equipment (printers, scanners, etc), Microsoft or Apple computers, Microsoft Office Suite (concentration on Word, Excel and Outlook), phone systems
