As a full-time, exemptVice President of Operations with our CPS SolutionsRehabilitation Services team, you are responsible for the successful operation of physical rehabilitation departments at designated client hospitals and assisting in various marketing activities to promote business for the Company. In this position, you will report to the Senior Vice President of CPS Rehabilitation Services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all contractual obligations are met at each assigned account, including the hiring of approved and qualified rehabilitation team members.
  • Serves as an advocate for patient rehabilitation and for value added services provided by the Company.
  • Mentors and oversees the activities of the Director of Rehabilitation and supports the Rehabilitation Department and hospital staff at each assigned account.
  • Ensures compliance with industry standards, Company standards, and hospital policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for client relationship development and retention.
  • Travel to client sites every 4 to 6 weeks or as needed to meet contractual obligations and client satisfaction.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Starting Pay Range: $135K-$145K based on related work experience + Annual Bonus

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited College or School of Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy Education.
  • 5+ years' recent experience as a therapist/practitioner
  • Licensed as a therapist in good standing.
  • At least six (6) months experience as a Director of Rehabilitation or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, PPT).
  • Ability to travel by car and air for 50% of work time away from home location.
