Moog is looking for a Materials Coordination Manager.

You will be in a global role leading and coordinating planning activities across all Commercial Sites reporting into the Integrated Supply Chain Materials Manager. You will need strong experience running "What-If" simulations, where Rapid Response and/or SAP IBP experience is preferred. You will need to effective communicate, articulate and influence significant impacts that affect business strategic goals. You will also responsible for Inter-plant Orders (IPO) and the planning team responsible. You will work to support process improvement and on-time delivery of IPO parts. You will be located in East Aurora, New York.

As a Materials Coordination Manager, you will...

  • Lead the implementation of material strategies driven by ISC Materials Manger and CAG Leadership
  • Create and enforce Materials Governance with ISC Materials Team
  • Run inventory scenarios on demand/supply changes
  • Run load/capacity scenarios on demand/supply changes
  • Provide Supply Chain analysis for problem suppliers, impacts
  • Ability to lead a small team
  • Communicate and Coordinate between different functions and levels with stakeholders
  • Identify/implement key KPI's to track performance with team members
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement activities regarding material/information flow
  • Collaborate with SIOP Coordinator on potential gaps between Supply and Demand and drive mitigation activities
  • Ability to work several projects at a time with accuracy and diligence

To be considered for a Materials Coordination Manager, here's what you'll need to bring with you...

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Materials Management or Supply Chain or Operations.
  • Minimum two (2) years leadership, supervisor, leader and exhibited leadership in a functional area - business or technical operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-based skills.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $120,000.00-$180,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
