Short Description The Pharmacist provides review of medication therapy regimens for accuracy of dosing to ensure optimal safe and cost effective therapeutic regimens. Reviews physician order and dosage for completeness, safety and efficacy prior to dispensing to an individual patient including routine, stat and investigational orders. Dispense medications with 100% accuracy consistent with regulations Maintains drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment and clinical programs. Supervises activities of technicians in the assigned area and directs help to areas requiring assistance Adheres to USP 797/800 standards. Experience Required 3-5 years' experience preferred Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree Required Doctorate Degree Required License/Certification Requirements New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months) required PGY-2 required Board Certification Pharmaceutical Specialty (BCPS) preferred Apply
