For more information about the company and product line visit: www.sigsauer.com Position Summary: The Export Document Specialist I is an entry-level role focused on basic export documentation tasks and administrative support, documentation and accuracy of export shipments in compliance with U.S export regulations, NFA, and other regulations; and company policy. The Export Document Specialist I reviews export orders for accuracy and needed licenses/permits prior to shipment and provides documentation across all locations. This role typically requires 0-1 previous related experience in the field directly and performs a variety of tasks under general supervision, has strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, understands export documentation including ACE, and is familiar with State and Commerce licenses, and ATF Forms; firearms shipments experience preferred. The Export Document Specialist I must have the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team and will collaborate with all internal team members and across various departments such as the warehouse, Sales, Compliance teams, and freight forwarders.
