ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - 100% Remote (REF1763S)

Salary Range: $100k - $110K (depending on experience)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow to meet specific client business requirements.
• Work closely with Architects and Business Analysts to understand and document the business outcomes and functional requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solution designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions to align with the designed requirements and ensure solutions meet the industry's best practices.
• Develop and maintain complex scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
• Assist architects in integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless end-to-end processes.
• The ServiceNow Implementation Specialist is responsible for Designing and configuring ServiceNow Product suites (HR, CSM, GRC, ITSM, ITOM, etc.).
• Guide developers in building custom new applications and corresponding Service processes

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience with the CMDB Implementation
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, SecOps, etc.)
• Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow
• Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs
• Experience using JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5 technologies across several implementations and solutions development efforts.
• Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Strategic Portfolio Management Certification (preferred)
• Workplace Service DeliveryCertification (preferred)
• HR Service DeliveryCertification (preferred)

Clearance Requirements:

• US Citizenship is required
• Public Trust or the ability to obtain one
