POSITION SUMMARY:



  • The Coordinator reports to the Regional Director, Service
  • Located in Duluth, GA
  • Full-Time
  • In Office



The Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing the coordination and execution of various projects within the organization. The Coordinator will take on increased responsibility in project management tasks, serving as a central point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Coordination:



  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and addressing any issues or concerns.


Team Collaboration:



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, delegate tasks, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.


Documentation and Reporting:



  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Prepare and distribute regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.


Risk Management:



  • Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
  • Proactively monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.


Quality Assurance:



  • Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives as necessary to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction.



COMPETENCIES:



  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and risk registers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions, and drive results.



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:



  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
