Overview

How you can make a difference

The Manager, Talent Acquisition leads recruitment efforts to attract, evaluate and hire top talent. This role will partner with business leaders, People Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to understand the talent needs across the organization and work collaboratively to provide effective solutions. The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead and mentor a team of Talent Partners and Recruiting Coordinators, ensuring alignment with company goals and are equipped with the tools and skills to succeed. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring experience that supports the overall talent acquisition strategy.

What you'll be doing

    Manages and carries out the personnel actions for direct reports, including but not limited to hiring and scheduling; training and evaluating; coaching and managing performance; making salary, merit, or other compensation recommendations for team of direct reports; and making recommendations and/or taking corrective or disciplinary action as appropriate.
  • Build, engage, lead, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for all levels of positions.
  • Collaborate with leadership and finance to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
  • Lead sourcing and outreach efforts to build pipelines that consistently deliver high-quality candidates for critical positions. Proactively engage and nurture talent through innovative strategies and targeted outreach.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for hires, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately and timely, in accordance with legal requirements and company guidelines.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics for the talent acquisition team promoting quality, consistency, and compliance. Identify areas for improvement based on metrics analysis and implement changes to enhance recruitment effectiveness and experience.
  • Build innovative strategies to leverage technologies such as Applicant Tracking System, Assessments, Candidate Relationship Management tools, etc.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve experience, engagement, and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum eight years of experience in talent acquisition. Knowledge and experience in technical recruiting preferred.
  • Minimum of two years in a talent acquisition leadership role. Experience leading and developing high performing teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, CRM, and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Salary Range

$104500.00 To $167500.00 / year
