How you can make a difference

The Talent Acquisition Manager (Technology) will drive recruitment efforts by developing strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, understanding their business needs, and providing strategic support. Key responsibilities include leading recruitment for critical roles,leveraging data to refine recruitment strategies, and leading special projects to improve processes and candidate experience.

What you'll be doing

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting support.
  • Lead and execute recruiting strategies for critical roles across the organization, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from defining job requirements to final offer negotiations.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels including CRM, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of top talent. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Partner with Talent Brand to promote HealthEquity as an employer of choice through social media and campaigns.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to ensure a diverse pool of candidates for all positions and work towards reducing bias in hiring practices.
  • Leverage data to develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment and sourcing efforts.
  • Provide training and support hiring managers and interviewing teams.
  • Lead and manage special projects related to talent acquisition, such as sourcing initiatives, recruitment technology implementation, and process improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and support to talent acquisition teammates.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve experience, engagement, and efficiency.
  • Effectively communicate and present talent management strategies, insights, and data-driven recommendations to leadership to inform decision-making and align with organizational goal
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Eight years recruiting, sourcing or account management experience; minimum of three years of techncial recruiting experience required.
  • Experience creating and implementing a creative, data-driven, consultative recruiting strategy for a rapid-growth organization.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing passive sourcing strategies that attract diverse pipelines for current and future talent needs.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, CRM, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics and data.
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders on strategic initiatives that impact the business goals and objectives.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues to determine solutions.

Salary Range

$99500.00 To $159500.00 / year

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
