Purpose of the Role:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional project management practices to drive critical strategic and transformational projects, ensuring they align with the organization's vision and objectives.

Project Leadership: Lead and oversee strategic projects for F&S North America, ensuring they align with organizational goals while promoting industry-recognized methodologies.

Project Lifecycle: Drive projects from initiation through post-go-live support, ensuring all strategic aspects such as change management, business objectives, risk management, and compliance are meticulously addressed and achieved.

Change Management: Proactively manage changes and provide high-quality support by collaborating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.



Your Responsibilities:

Project Management:



  • Lead and manage a wide array of strategic and operational projects, utilizing industry-standard project management methodologies.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Drive project execution through ongoing collaboration with business units, senior leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying obstacles and implementing risk mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks.
  • Ensure consistent execution and adherence to established operating frameworks and standards.


Leadership & People Management:



  • Provide leadership and guidance to build a centralized support team to drive project initiatives through completion.
  • Lead projects with an effective prioritization framework to support Trivium's organizational goals for continual focus on go-to-market initiatives for key products.
  • Act as a coach, offering guidance and support to the project team.
  • Motivate and engage all project team members, fostering a collaborative climate, working together to achieve milestones.
  • Provides support and direction to project teams to ensure an excellent project delivery.


Stakeholder Management:



  • Identify, analyze, and continuously address stakeholder needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively manage risks and opportunities, ensuring timely identification and mitigation of potential issues.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the F&S North America team, effectively communicating and advocating for Trivium's strategic decisions.
  • Represent Trivium's strategic choices with clarity and professionalism.


Continuous Improvement:



  • Contribute to the enhancement of project methodologies and processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement across all projects.
  • Foster a culture of trust and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards in all project activities.

This role will suit you if you have the following:

Extensive project management experience is essential, with a demonstrated history of successfully achieving project objectives and meeting key milestones.



  • Diverse experience in project management, with a focus on strategic projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and align projects with organizational objectives.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Industry leading project management certificate (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, etc.) is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility and capability to adapt to changes is a must.
  • Solution focus is required, as a PM the candidate must take ownership of the solution to be delivered.
