Data Entry Commercial Accounts / Budget Truck/ Remote

The impact you'll make:

Inputs and updates the organizations Truck Rental account information and rates into the computer system CCS including contracted rates and privileges agreed upon with the client. Inputs and updates information into the computer system for the maintenance of the Certificates of Insurance (COI) for commercial customers. Reviews all account information to ensure compliance with established guidelines.

What you'll do:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy of organization's rates and coverages; enters data into database system based on criteria set by company.
• Updates CCS and Certificate of Insurance databases for commercial customer base.
• Fields inquiries from dealers and insured's regarding coverages as well as sales personnel regarding rate approval and account set up processes via phone and e-mail.
• Tracks and maintains signed contracts and COI documents in accordance with company procedures.
• Runs daily and bi-monthly insurance expiration letters to customers.
• Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience including strong keyboard skills and data entry
• Database maintenance experienced preferred

• Strong PC skills
• Strong detail orientation
• Good time management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Prefer strong analytical skills
• Prefer ability to understand how database maintenance interacts with system processes

Minimal travel is required.

The base salary for this position is $16.50 hourly. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
