Position Description ABC Companies seeks a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy, enhance brand visibility, and drive engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Social Media: Manage content, engagement, and analytics across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Website & SEO: Oversee WordPress website updates, optimize for SEO, and improve user experience.
- Email Marketing: Execute campaigns using HubSpot, leveraging automation, A/B testing, and segmentation.
- Paid Media: Collaborate with agencies to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns.
- Content Marketing: Create compelling content, including videos, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Analytics: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and external partners to align marketing efforts.
- Tech & Innovation: Stay current on digital trends and tools to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing with a track record of measurable ROI.
- Skills:
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Travel: Occasional travel to regional and corporate locations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 15 pounds (i.e. marketing materials or event setups).
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Frequently moves within the office environment and may travel to other company locations.
- Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity tools.
