Perfect Binder Operator

Staffmark is currently seeking an experienced Perfect Binder Operator for a direct hire position with a company in Independence, KY, known for providing innovative print and related solutions to publishers and marketers. If you're looking for a stable, long-term career, this is your chance!

Pay: $24 - $30 per hour (Depending on experience)

Shift:

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday
• Occasional overtime on Saturdays

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience operating Perfect Binders (Horizon, Muller, or similar)
• Strong mechanical and PLC adjustment skills
• Ability to read a ruler and convert measurements
• Positive attitude and team player
• Willing to work overtime and stand for long hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the Perfect Binder to ensure high-quality output
• Perform routine maintenance and document as needed
• Read and follow binding instructions to meet production goals
• Ensure safety devices are functioning properly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform additional tasks as required
