Customer Service Representative - Delivering Exceptional Support in Logistics!

Do you have two years of customer service experience in the logistics industry? Staffmark is hiring a professional and experienced Customer Service Representative in Windsor, CT. Bring your expertise and join a team of logistics experts who will value your contributions and help you reach new heights in your career!

Pay: $22 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions:



  • Track and update shipments
  • Rate and quote orders
  • Data entry tasks
  • Communicate with customers and partner stations via phone and email

Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of customer service experience (logistics background preferred)
