What you'll be doing...

The HRBP-Senior Manager role will help shape and drive the HR Strategy and partner with Corporate Security, Compliance, PRLS (Public Policy, Responsible Business, Legal, Security), and Chief of Staff organizations on strategic priorities including talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and change management. The high performing and strategic HR partner will advise and coach business leaders (4 Senior Leaders and approximately 20+ Senior Directors) on driving the organizational values and culture.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and applying talent trends and perspectives combined with business acumen and objective to shape talent strategy and priorities for the business unit. Advising and pulling through talent solutions to achieve the strategic goals.

  • Analyzing organization effectiveness using data, interviews, and other 'sensing' channels to assess people and organizational capability and provide guidance for transformational changes or support business transformations.

  • Identifying business insights and diagnosing possible challenges and solutions.

  • Providing consultation on how the organizational design/structure aligns to enable strategy and objective. Facilitate org design and restructure.

  • Partnering with the Center of Excellence to shape the talent plan for the business unit and architect fit-for-purpose talent solutions (including Talent Acquisition, Talent Rewards, Learning and Development) to achieve the goals. Partnering with finance and business leaders on strategic workforce planning.

  • Working with the Center of Excellence and the business to pull through DEI programs and initiatives in the business unit.

  • Partnering with the Center of Excellence through the succession management process and monitor the fulfillment of the succession planning. Delivering critical programs and processes such as performance reviews and talent reviews.

This position must sit out of one of the following locations: Basking Ridge, Ashburn or Washington D.C.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Six or more years of experience in HR or a related field.

  • Experience influencing key stakeholders and/or senior leaders through relationships, expertise and/or data.

  • Experience with org design, change management and/or strategic workforce planning.

  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master's degree.

  • Leadership counseling and/or coaching skills.

  • Experience managing large scale programs or initiatives.

  • Experience leading talent management and development initiatives including strategic workforce planning with senior leaders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate highly matrixed environments.

  • Executive presence and proven ability to establish and maintain rapport with people of diverse backgrounds and professional levels.

  • Strong business acumen with broad understanding of business operations.

  • Insightful, forward thinker; change agent.

  • Strong project management and change management skills.

  • Proven oral, presentation and written communication skills; including storytelling.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $105,000.00 and $194,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
