  • Estimated annual base pay: $58,240(minimum) - $72,800(midpoint) - $87,360(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Project Coordinator, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Project Coordinator 2 is responsible to coordinate all activities related to the projects assigned. These responsibilities include leading multi-disciplined teams through the New Product Introduction (NPI). This position is accountable for all hardware procurement to support all testing and customer shipments. This position may have contact with both suppliers and customers. In addition, this level may lead Minor Scope NPI projects of low complexity and risk with oversight from a Program Manager.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting and leading mechanical and software projects with a team of engineers and designers.
  • Read and execute MRP to meet schedule requirements.
  • Efficiently coordinate and track the procurement, monitoring, and delivery of necessary equipment for internal testing and external customer shipments.
  • Lead project status meetings and maintain action item lists.
  • Assist with Gate presentations and project deliverable management.

What We Are Looking For

  • High School Diploma Or international equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) preferred.
  • 5+ years' Experience in similar job function (e.g. Development Project Coordination, Production Planning, NPI Processes) required.
  • Manufacturing processes knowledge preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management inside Woodward.
  • High level of competency in the use of PC's and associated software (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to effectively operate and lead in a project team environment while receiving low level project management oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks on multiple projects.
