The University of Virginia's Office of the Vice Provost for Online Education and Digital Innovation (OEDI) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to contribute to the growth of UVA's online education and digital innovation strategy. This role is integral to ensuring smooth project execution by coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and driving action across cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Managing Director of Online Education, the Project Coordinator will work closely with UVA faculty, staff, leadership, and vendors to oversee project timelines, manage key deliverables, and ensure adherence to quality standards. This individual will play a critical role in organizing project teams, monitoring status, identifying and resolving obstacles, and integrating vendor contributions when applicable. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will ensure that student voices are represented in UVA's digital innovation and online learning initiatives by organizing student listening sessions and surveys. Work Location & Hours OEDI operates as a flexible work environment with staff members ranging from largely on-site to fully remote. Given the responsibilities of the Project Coordinator role, this position is expected to be in Charlottesville and requires regular in-person presence. While hybrid work options are available, the specific schedule will be determined by the manager. Additional travel may be required to meet with partners and stakeholders, attend conferences, and participate in off-site activities. The anticipated salary range is $60,000-70,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience. This position will remain open until filled but preference will be given to applications received by March 21, 2025. This position will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
