We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting top IT talent for corporate environments. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry and the ability to identify and attract the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities: * Partners with business leaders in IT to determine talent acquisition needs. Builds valued and trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers. * Proactively develops talent pipelines, seeking out talent, nurturing relationships, assessing talent for organizational 'fit' ahead of business demand to meet strategic talent goals. * Assists with the development and implementation of creative sourcing strategies and plans to ensure diverse candidate pools. Must be a sourcing guru! * Interviews and collaborates with hiring managers to support effective hiring decisions. * Facilitates and implements the hiring process using established policies and practices as a framework for selection and hiring. * Responsible for partnering with all roles and at all levels in the organization. Must be strategic and tactical to achieve desired results. * Must ensure compliance with all regulations and reporting regarding the full cycle process Qualifications: * Minimum of 5+ years of corporate IT recruiting experience. Must have experience within corporate IT recruitment and not exclusively agency experience. * Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies. * Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Strategist and consultant to the business * Proficiency in using large applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Workday preferred but not required. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Details: * Pay: $50 - $60/hr. based on related experience. * Pay cycle - weekly | medical, dental and vision benefits offered * Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm * Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office, 2 days work from home. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
