SUMMARY: The Financial Know-How Marketing Coordinator is a key contributor to the advancement of Cape Cod 5's Financial Know-How initiative, which includes the tools, resources, products, services and events that the Bank provides to residents of its communities to empower them at each stage in their financial journey. This role will report to the Director of Financial Know-How, providing functional and tactical support for this strategic initiative of the Bank's community engagement and business efforts through a variety of marketing, communications and event logistics. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support all Financial Know-How efforts, including but not limited to the tactical coordination and logistics of Credit for Life Fairs, workplace and community educational workshops, and other in-person and/or digital initiatives.
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to help create and produce collateral, presentations and other materials to support Financial Know-How initiatives.
- Liaise with internal, cross-functional business teams to assist with planning and logistics for approved financial education activities.
- Propose, copywrite, optimize and edit written and video financial education content for use across the website, social media, events, advertising, internal/external communications, advertising/promotions, etc., ensuring brand message and tone are consistent across all channels and adhering to the CC5 style guide.
- Develop associations with community partners to help identify Financial Know-How needs and opportunities and recommend ways to serve them as appropriate.
- Maintain in Smartsheet a running schedule of all Financial Know-How events, internally and within the community. Ensure records are up to date per all compliance and regulatory requirements and considerations.
- Measure and track outcomes/effectiveness of Financial Know-How efforts on an ongoing basis for reporting to Bank leadership and Board of Directors.
- Ensure appropriate Compliance and Legal reviews and approvals are received on all materials as appropriate.
- Act as back-up to other Marketing department members as needed in various interdepartmental functions and interact in a collaborative manner with other marketing colleagues to accomplish cross-disciplinary tasks.
- Executes other duties as assigned and needed by the Bank.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum three years' experience working in a banking and/or educational setting required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of desktop publishing and basic graphic applications (Adobe and Canva) a plus.
- Ability to perform work independently within the scope of this job description.
- Ability to travel to off-site locations as needed.
- Ability to set up conference displays.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed; including early mornings, nights and weekends.
- Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers.
