Job Title: Customer Service

Duration: 6-month contract (Potential Extension)

Location: IL-Lake County, 60064

Description:

Day to day -

Entering orders in SAP majority of the day, answering emails in COMET system where you go on the website, you provide feedback it will triage it and can respond to it.

Either triaging information or responding to it, 40% of job

60% of job placing no charge orders.

Years of experience/education and/or certifications required:

- 2 years of experience in customer service

- Highschool/ged

- No certifications

Top 3-5 skills requirements:

SAP experience (Highly preferred), passion for Customer Service, able to multitask, time management and attention to detail.

Nice to have:

SAP can be trained.

Office setting:

Work Schedule (Define days,# of hours)/ Is Overtime offered or required? If yes, how many hours, what impact to scheduled working hours?

3 days in office, 2 days at home. (after training days will be flexible)
