Site Planner - Project Manager (Medical Device)

Location: Remote
Travel: Moderate (40% travel, Monday-Friday)

About the Role

As a Field Service Site Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating multiple Natus installation projects at hospital facilities. You will ensure all required customer paperwork is received, validate customer responses, and develop site project plans based on specific requirements. This role involves scheduling installation and training days, conducting site walkthroughs, and overseeing project implementation to ensure a seamless installation process.

What You'll Do

  • Manage impactful projects - Work directly with hospital-based customers to implement solutions that positively impact patients and their families.
  • Ensure smooth installations - Validate customer paperwork, plan project timelines, and conduct site assessments to ensure readiness for installation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration - Coordinate with internal teams and hospital staff to align expectations and ensure project success.
  • Stay hands-on - Perform site visits when necessary to oversee project execution and troubleshoot issues.
  • Grow your expertise - Gain valuable experience in the medical device industry, with opportunities for career growth in Technical Services, Professional Services, Operations, and Engineering.

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in a technical field or project management role.
    • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Skills & Abilities
    • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Experience working in hospital environments and with medical devices is preferred.
  • Travel & Compliance
    • Must be able to travel frequently across the U.S. (40% Monday-Friday).
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to pass airport security requirements and access hospital facilities.
    • Must meet medical/vaccination requirements for customer site access.

Natus Pay Transparency Details The pay range for this position is 78,000-130,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
