ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Talent Management Program Manager will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of talent management programs to enhance employee performance, development and career growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent management and a proven ability to develop custom programs.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of talent management programs and initiatives from start to finish ensuring programs are aligned with company goals and have measurable outcomes.
  • Evaluate and implement performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations, ensuring it aligns with organizational objectives and supports a continuous feedback culture.
  • Implement and manage talent assessment tools and processes to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Design and execute succession planning at designated levels within the organization. Partner with HRBPs and Chief People Officer to help train HR and business leaders, prepare templates and materials, analyze data and summarize key themes and actions.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify talent needs and create tailored development plans.
  • Partner with L&D to design and deliver career pathing, advanced development tools, training programs and workshops to support employee and leadership career development
  • May partner or support initiatives that improve employee experience, culture, and retention. Organize surveys, focus groups, and other feedback channels to gather input and ensure programs meet employee needs.
  • Lead Strategic Workforce Planning process to understand current and future capability needs and help HRBPs and business leaders create build/buy talent strategies.
  • Utilize data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements for talent management initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management and incorporate them into program design, focused on simple, meaningful tools and processes
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR programs to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. Recommend enhancements based on data-driven insights.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of HR programs.
  • Manage internal and external vendors, as needed.
  • Mentor and coach other members of the HR and talent management team.
  • May manage direct reports if necessary.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field;
  • 8+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent development programs at a senior level.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in talent management software and tools.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in HR or MBA preferred
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and how they impact business outcomes.

SALARY

The salary for this position is expected to be between ($111,500 - $167,300) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
