JOB SUMMARY: Set up and operate the CNC Amada Turret punch. Utilize press brake to form components using engineering drawings. Also responsible for single-piece punching as well as whole-sheet nesting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Form components using engineering drawings Assembles and positions tools according to instructions using hand tools. Observes the machine operation and verifies the accuracy of machinery against blueprints or engineering drawings. Work in other areas when needed ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain ISO-9001 standards * Observe all safety rules. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability to set up and operate Amada Press Brake JOB QUALIFICATIONS: * High School/Trade School * 1-5 years related experience Physical Demand: Sedentary work: exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. This work requires sitting most of the time. Frequently stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, maneuver, stoop, squat, grasp, and reach. Standing for long periods of time Close visual acuity and aural acuity Listening Occasionally push and pull up to 50 lbs. Occasionally lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
